Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and accessibility. Certain remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional delivery arrangements or fees.

Once an order is received, our team may contact the customer to confirm:

- Delivery address

- Installation requirements (if applicable)
3. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

ABF Trading will make reasonable efforts to communicate estimated delivery timelines; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
ABF Trading currently accepts:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers are expected to provide the full payment amount upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.
For website orders, no advance deposit is required.
6. Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for:

- Ensuring availability to receive the order
- Providing accessible entry to the delivery location
If elevators are unavailable, access is restricted, or special handling is required, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
ABF Trading reserves the right to postpone delivery if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.
7. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery.
Any visible damage, missing items, or issues should be reported immediately at the time of delivery whenever possible.
8. Installation Services
ABF Trading offers installation services for selected products, including air conditioners and certain appliances.
Installation scheduling may occur separately from product delivery depending on technician availability.
Additional installation materials or work outside standard installation scope may incur additional charges.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time or provides incorrect delivery information, ABF Trading may reschedule the delivery.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order.
10. Delays and Force Majeure
ABF Trading shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Supply chain disruptions
- Force majeure events
