Return & Refund Policy – ABF Trading

1. General Policy

At ABF Trading, we aim to provide high-quality home appliances and electronics. All purchases are carefully inspected before delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered and received by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All home appliances (TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.)
  • Air conditioners
  • Electric and gas cookers
  • Microwaves, freezers, and similar electronics
  • Any installed or used products

Customers are strongly advised to verify product specifications before completing a purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received with a manufacturer defect or functional issue, the customer must report it within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases, ABF Trading will:

  • Inspect the product
  • Coordinate with the manufacturer warranty service
  • Repair or replace the product according to warranty conditions

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect purchase decisions.

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • Product is unavailable after order confirmation
  • Verified inability to deliver the product
  • Approved manufacturer defect where replacement is not possible

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method or agreed alternative.

5. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by ABF Trading include a one (1) year warranty, covering manufacturer defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Electrical issues caused by external factors
  • Unauthorized repair attempts

6. Installation Policy

Products that require installation (such as air conditioners) are considered final once installation is completed.

ABF Trading is not responsible for issues arising from improper third-party installation.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring correct product selection before purchase
  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Allowing proper installation conditions when required
